"Na Lani Pa'a": afternoon workshop with Walt Keale
Hula Anyone and Walt Keale present "Na Lani Pa'a": a sense of place and rapport with the elements around us. Join us for an afternoon workshop on October 10th from 2-4pm where we will learn to use chant, traditional and indigenous knowledge to find our way.
Walt Keale is a musician and kahu (spiritual leader) from Oahu, Hawaii. He is nephew to the Hawaiian music legend, Uncle Moe Keale, and first-cousin to Skippy and Israel IZ Kamakawiwo’ole. Together with them he brings forward the voice & presence of the Ancestors. (from kealemusic.com)
